The splendid restaurant and bar combination of Lily & Bloom in Hong Kong continues to wow guests with both its distinctive design and the consistently first rate contemporary American brasserie style dining. With interiors that evoke the style of the prohibition era “speakeasies” of New York, exquisitely crafted from raw, natural materials, the atmosphere is at once alluring, and sophisticated . The subdued lighting and low ceiling of the Lily bar room capture perfectly the ethos of the “speakeasy” period. The long, black marble topped bar counter dominates the room, with seating at the bar on black leather and chrome bar stools, or at the black leather banquettes that line the facing wall. A hidden private room holds the impressive cigar collection. The well-stocked bar is attended by the expert Lily bartenders- creating sumptuous cocktails from their signature bar menu, or bespoke concoctions to specific customer requests.
Complimenting the cocktails is the Bar Food Menu featuring a contemporary assemblage of dishes that are as creative and stylish as the room itself. Selections range from the robust Charcuterie Platters for sharing; or Mini Flank steak or Raja Fish Tacos; and French Fries; to the delicacy of Fried French Quail. And there is always the option for a complete dining experience in the Bloom restaurant on the adjoining lower level.
With it’s intriguing and luxurious atmosphere and style, Lily & Bloom delivers a sophisticated culinary and libations experience.
Some highlights of both the cocktail and food menus are featured in the photographs below.
