nahm Bangkok– offering fine authentic Thai dining in a relaxed environment, is located in a newly-designed, contemporary space at the Metropolitan Bangkok. nahm opened in September 2010.
Created by David Thompson, Australian-born, award-winning chef, author and TV personality, internationally renowned for his renditions of traditional Thai cuisine. His talents secured him the first ever Michelin star for Thai cooking in Europe; it is an accolade, awarded annually, retained to this day at nahm London.
The menu at nahm contains signature dishes from nahm London, plus new local creations based on ingredients only available in Thailand- intensely flavoured dishes aimed at a local Thai clientele.
