OVEREASY Bar and Diner- @ One Fullerton, Singapore

OverEasy Bar and Diner is located on the Singapore waterfront at One Fullerton- overlooking Marina Bay. The modern bar and restaurant is styled along the concept of the original American diner. Indoors there are the classic diner-style booths and tables, plus the bar, DJ booth and some lounge seating. Outdoors there are bar tables and on the waterfront deck are tables and lounge seating for taking in the fresh outdoor air and expansive views over the Marina Bay area and city skyline.

The Overeasy food experience is based around Amercian comfort food- featuring all day breakfast dishes such as truffled egg toast, and regular dishes such as burgers, pasta, sandwiches, salads etc.
And for drinks the selections range from milkshakes and coffee, to cocktails and shots, beers and spirits, champagnes and wines.
There is a popular happy hour promotion for after-work drinks- from 5pm- 8pm house pouring spirits and beers are “one for one”.
This makes for a vibrant bar scene most evenings and OverEasy has become one of the more popular drinking spots in central area of downtown Singapore.

OverEasy have resident DJs and live acoustic sets to add to the ambience and late night chill out factor.

Opening hours are Lunch from 11:30am – 2:30pm on weekdays, and dinner and bar from 5:00pm to 1:00am on weekdays, and open late until 4:00am on weekends.

OverEasy is operated as a collaboration between the group behind the well established rooftop bar- “Loof” and “The White Rabbit” bar and restaurant , and the operators of the nightclub the “Butter Factory” which is located above OverEasy on the first floor at One Fullerton.
