The striking new four level dining and entertainment complex of the IndoChine Resort & Villas features panoramic views over Kalim Beach and Patong Bay in Phuket. Purpose designed and built to embrace environmentally friendly principles, and also to capture the beauty of the location, the building features a round shape with open terraces on all levels, full height glass walls and a rooftop terrace and pool area. Each level of the building houses a separate, distinctly themed and styled venue.
On the street level is the DELI CAFE– with convenient off street parking at it ‘s doorstep, the cafe is serving breakfasts and light meals all day, as well as coffee, fresh fruit juices and other refreshing drinks. The menu features dishes created from the IndoChine cuisine style of dishes inspired from Laos, Cambodia & Vietnam. Other Western favorites such as salads, burgers and fish & chips are also served. The main seating is in the indoor air-conditioned room, with additional tables set outside. Open from early in the morning until the evening the DELI CAFE offers an appealing option for that quick meal or snack.
The next level up is occupied by BAR OPIUME, which is configured as a stylish bar / nightclub venue. At the time of writing (May 2011) , BAR OPIUME is only open for special event bookings and private parties.
On the level above BAR OPIUME is the IndoChine WATERFRONT Restaurant- which derives its DNA from the renowned sister WATERFRONT
restaurant in Singapore . The WATERFRONT restaurant offers a fine dining experience in a plush, sophisticated setting, with sweeping views out over Patong Bay from both the internal tables, and also the tables along the outdoor open terrace . The signature large red chandeliers of all IndoChine venues are a notable design feature. The cuisine is based on authentic dishes from Indochina, with the chefs using only fresh produce sourced from local growers, and fresh fish caught in the seas off Phuket.
Leading up from the 3rd level, a curving stairway delivers you to the rooftop and SAINT TROPEZ BEACH CLUB. With open timber decking on two levels set around a central pool, SAINT TROPEZ BEACH CLUB offers a relaxing, casual, “resort” atmosphere for enjoying sunset drinks on poolside 
lounges or under coconut palms and large umbrellas at tables – all with spectacular views across the open seas of Patong Bay. A sunken bar next to the pool serves cocktails and other refreshments, and meals can be ordered from the kitchens of the WATERFRONT restaurant. It is also a popular choice for private parties or corporate functions.
And for any late night party revelers, there is a free shuttle service to the IndoChine Surin BeachClub: Stereolab where DJs and beachfront drinks make for a memorable night.
