OverEasy Bar and Diner is a modern bar and restaurant that is infused with the heritage of the classic American diner. Located within the One Fullerton dining and entertainment complex on the waterfront of Singapore’s Marina Bay, OverEasy offers guests the choice of indoor air-conditioned dining and drinks, or the expansive waterfront outdoor terrace that boasts fantastic panoramic views over the entire Marina Bay area. Just a short walk from the central business district, OverEasy is a hugely popular destination for after-work drinks, a casual evening meal, and later at night, as a more uptempo bar- with DJs playing tunes Wednesday through Saturdays until late in the night. The style of food at OverEasy follows the traditions of the American diner- with hearty servings of favourite comfort dishes- including an all-day breakfast selection.
Operated as a collaboration between two successful Singapore hospitality groups- The Lo & Behold Group are behind acclaimed venues-the rooftop LOOF, the restaurant The White Rabbit, and Tanjong Beach Club. And The Butter Factory is a renowned mega-club that occupies a large space at One Fullerton, directly adjacent to OverEasy.

The interior design features a contemporary style, combining industrial chic with retro elements of the American diner. The dining area extends down one side of the room and features a row of red leather dining booths abutting the timber panelled wall. The main bar dominates the centre of the space- facing out towards the full height glass facade. And at the opposite end of the room is the DJ booth and an intimate adjoining lounge / dance floor area.
The outdoor timber deck extends the full length of the frontage onto the Marina Bay promenade. The terrace feature separate sections for lounging and chill-out in comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs; dining tables; and two sections of high bar tables and chairs for groups of drinkers- with the end section being a smoking zone. The sweeping views over the bay area are fantastic- and provide the best seats in town to watch the spectacular nightly laser-light shows emanating across the bay in front of the iconic Marina Bay Sands complex.

The food at OverEasy, based around the comfort food concept, is prepared from the highest quality ingredients by a team of award-winning chefs. The specialties of the kitchen are the “To Die For” Burgers and Super Sandwiches– prepared in the traditional American style on home-made buns, with special sauces and loads of additional toppings. All-Day Breakfast includes dishes such as the OverEasy Truffled Egg Toast and Eggs Skillet ( overeasy, poached, sunnyside up, or scrambled)- served with bacon, roasted potatoes and grilled tomato.
Other dishes include selections of Small Plates for sharing over drinks- Crispy Whitebait with lime and dill aioli; Famous Cheesesteak Sliders; and Handcut Haystack Fries with parmesan and rosemary. Also available are Soups & Salads, and Large Plates- pastas, fish and steaks. OverEasy also have a popular Set Lunch Menu at S$23++, and a Late Night Supper Menu for weekend nights only- served from 10:30 pm ~ 3:30 am.

The eclectic Drinks Menu offers selections ranging from cocktails and wines, to milkshakes and sodas- with beverages to satiate the most demanding of thirsts. The Cocktails list includes a range of both classics- Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Frozen Margarita, Singapore Sling, and innovative concoctions such as Fresh Kiwi Martini– vodka, lemon juice & a whole freshly squeezed kiwi fruit; The White Rabbit Blackforest Mojito– rum, freshly muddled strawberries with raspberry framboise & mint; and Spiked Milkshake– strawberry, coffee, cookies & cream, spiked with a dose of alcohol.
The wine list is concise, well formed and offering good value. The list includes a wide selection of more than ten famous Champagne labels; White Wines- mostly from Australia and New Zealand; and Red Wines sourced from leading vineyards in Australia, New Zealand, France, Chile and Italy.
Other drinks include premium spirits, shots, and draft and bottled beers. Non-alcoholic beverages include milkshakes and sodas, fresh fruit juices, and premium quality coffees and teas.
The weekday Happy Hour promotion is a hit with the office workers from the nearby business district- Beat the Clock runs from 5:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm (Monday to Friday) with one-for-one on all house pour spirits, draft beer and house wines.
Music is played by resident DJs from Wednesday to Saturday nights- an edgy mix of down-tempo electronica, funk and soul.
