This July, Axis Bar and Lounge presents a host of innovative molecular cocktails at Axis Bar and Lounge to pique your imagination.

Exclusively from 1 to 31 July 2012, be surprised by “Popcorn Martini” where white rum is infused with fragrant freshly popped corn done to your liking, whether sweet or salty; or be amazed by “Caipiroli”, a drink that turns Caipirinha into ravioli, served delicately on spoons. For a more luxurious experience, indulge in the Bellini with a difference – the “Bellini Caviar Champagne” comes with peach puree caviar pearls that will ‘burst’ in your mouth.

Alternatively, enjoy a cool reprieve with the “Sea Breeze Freeze”, a mille-feuille of frozen cranberries and fresh grapefruit granite; or indulge in a delightfully exotic flavour with “Kaffir Lime Collins” where kaffir lime infused gin and bitters are topped off with a splash of tangy mango foam.

Other selections on the menu include all-time favourite “Mojito” with lime juice granita, jellied mint and white rum combined to create a flavour and texture that will tickle the taste buds; and “Jägerbomb”, where the spherification of Jägermeister lends an elegant twist and is served with Redbull as a set of six shooters.

Caipiroli- cachaca , lime juice, sugar, alginates, calcium. Caipirinha is used as a base for this drink which is turned into a ravioli – served delicately on spoons.

Popcorn Martini– white rum,  freshly popped corn, clarified butter. The white rum is infused with fragrant freshly popped corn made to taste preference – either sweet or salty
