The Keraton Lounge serves a sumptuous traditional High Tea in the afternoons, and in the evenings the Lounge Menu offers a well curated selection of classic and signature cocktails, plus an extensive variety of international wines and champagnes. Complimenting the drinks are selections of hot and cold appetizers, local and international dishes, and dessert delicacies.

The Keraton Lounge has fused the English tradition of High Tea in the afternoons, with selections of local Javanese savories and sweets to create a variety of enticing tea sets that are served daily in the Lounge between 3pm and 6pm. Highlighted sets include- The Keraton Single & The Keraton Couple – Traditional Savories (Rissoles, uli ketan and tahu pong), Traditional Sweets (Lapis legit prune, kue cantik manis, bolu kukus, getuk singkong, cendol, nagasari and pisang goreng), Hot Drinks (Freshly loose tea, freshly brewed coffee or premium chocolate); and the The Engagement Single & The Engagement Couple–Caviar (French Sturia and salmon caviar), Scone and Sweets (Plain and raisin Scone with clotted cream and jam, English fruit cake), Sandwiches (Cucumber finger sandwich), Traditional Savories (Risoles and tahu pong), Traditional Sweets (Kue cantik manis, cendol, lapis legit prune), Hot Drinks (Freshly loose tea, freshly brewed coffee or premium chocolate).

The concise cocktail menu at Keraton Lounge showcases the Signature Cocktails such as “Kiwi Pohpohan Mojito”– silver rum and Indonesian lime with fresh crushed kiwi, mint and local pohpohan leaf, served over crushed ice; and “Pasundan Fashioned”– crushed Indonesian pohpohan leaf and beetroot, with bourbon, fresh local pineapple, honey and fresh lime.And from the Indigenous selection of cocktails that feature local Indonesian ingredients- a stand-out example- the “Berry Bajigur Colada”– fresh blueberries with rum, local homemade coconut Bajigur, mixed with fresh pineapple, lime and honey.
