Why: Aron came out tops in the first local WORLD CLASS challenge with My-Garita, an Asian twist on the classic margarita. Visiting guest judge and WORLD CLASS Bartender of the Year 2012, Tim Philips commented, “Aron won the Retro Chic challenge as it was the best tasting drink and his performance and presentation was informative. He selected local ingredients, which both intrigued and excited me at the same time.”
