Imaginative Infusion Cocktails added to acclaimed bar’s impressive cocktail repertoire
September 25th, 2013
Widely acclaimed as one of Hong Kong’s foremost cocktail bars and restaurants since its launch in 2010, Lily & Bloom continues to attract a discerning clientele with both is bold, Prohibition-era inspired decor, and exquisite modern American cuisine and cocktail program. Occupying a multi-level space within the prestigious LKF Tower, with the restaurant Bloom on the lower level connecting via an internal staircase and open atrium with the darkly handsome Lily bar above.
Regularly updating both the culinary and beverage programs has ensured that Lily & Bloom maintains its stellar reputation within Hong Kong’s ultra-competitive and continuing evolving bar and restaurant scene. Exemplifying the cutting- edge innovation are the recently introduced infusion cocktails by Lily’s Bar Manager- New York native Eric Stephenson- which utilise advanced infusion techniques including spice-infusing, steaming, and molecular pairing to recreate favourite childhood taste memories. The five new cocktails featured in the new Infusions Menu admirably complement the existing cocktail program of expertly-crafted classic-inspired cocktails, offering tantalising new flavour experiences for cocktail aficionados.
Lily is open Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 pm. Table reservations are recommended.
