A popular cocktail bar and live music venue in Manila since its launch in 2007, Martini’s Bar at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Manila continues to entice an appreciative clientele attracted by its sumptuous beverages and outstanding roster of live musicians. With a sleek and stylish decor that exudes understated elegance and sophistication, Martini’s Bar is a seamless combination of three sections- the main bar area, a performance stage and dance floor, and a lounge space. The art-deco themed interior features a warm palette of earth tones with polished timber flooring and luxuriant carpets, and bold red upholstered bar stools that match harmoniously with the earth tones of the wall finishes. The atmosphere created is stylish yet relaxed.
An impressive collection of Signature Martinis headlines the Drinks List at Martini’s Bar– featuring more than 40 different versions, ranging from the classics, to imaginative flavour combinations using locally grown fruits, spices and herbs- inflecting the drinks with elements of the regional cuisine. In addition to the Signature Martinis, the bar also serves an extensive selection of other well-executed cocktails that include popular classics such as Mojitos, Daiquiris, Mai Tais, Sangria, Planters Punch, Negroni, and the Singapore Sling.
Martinis Bar is located at the lobby level of the hotel, with the main entrance accessed directly from Makati Avenue, and internal entry through the MO Lounge. Martinis Bar is open Monday to Saturday from 5:30pm, with the music performers commencing after 9pm. Many of Manila’s top musicians regularly perform at Martinis– and table reservations are recommended.

Popping Cosmo- vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, sweet and sour mix. Topped with popping candies on the rim of the glass.
Sour Apple Martini- vodka, apple schnapps, apple juice.
Mango Martini- Absolut Mango, triple sec, mango juice.
Lemon Basil Martini- muddled basil leaves and lemon with brown sugar, citrus vodka, apple juice.
Flirt Martini- Belvedere Vodka, fresh pineapple juice, topped with Moët Chandon.
Espresso Martini- vodka, Kahlua, sugar syrup, and an espresso shot.
