One of Hong Kong’s finest cocktail bars, the Blue Bar at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has enjoyed consistent popularity since its opening back in 2005. Occupying a generously proportioned space on the lobby level of the waterfront hotel, Blue Bar offers magnificent panoramic views over Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. Conveniently located within the mega IFC retail / office / lifestyle complex adjacent to the Central business district, the Blue Bar attracts both an after-work office crowd, as well as hotel guests and discerning local residents. Open daily from early in the morning, Blue Bar serves breakfast and lunch buffets, and a nightly “happy hour” promotion with complimentary gourmet bar snacks is always popular. Additionally, on Friday and Saturday nights only, live music entertains patrons until late in the night.
Consistent with the sleek, contemporary design that is the hallmark of Four Seasons, the decor of Blue Bar features a harmonious blend of luxurious furniture, plush carpets and soft furnishings, combined with bold modern design elements that embody the “blue” theme of the bar. Most prominently- a spectacular column-shaped installation crafted from multihued glass blocks and backlighted for dramatic effect in the evenings – presents a colourful visual impact at the heart of the room. The blue theme is further expressed with blue tinted glass panels behind the bar, and the blue outfits of the bartenders.
Although serving sumptuous breakfast and lunch buffets, Blue Bar is first and foremost a bar, dispensing an impressive list of cocktails, together with premium champagnes, an excellent wine list, and an extensive range of top-shelf liquors. A thoughtfully assembled cocktail list is headlined by the “Blue Bar Martini Collection” – with the martinis individually shaken and served at tables by the bartenders. Other cocktail specialties include consummate renditions of “Timeless Classics” such as Manhattan, Negroni, Vesper, and Margarita; “Champagne Cocktails”; “Mojitos & Caipirinhas”; and the signature “Bartender’s Choice” cocktails – featuring seasonal ingredients.

Blue Bar serves up cocktails Sunday to Thursday from 12 pm until 1:00 am, and until 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. The breakfast buffet is served daily between 7:00 am and 10:30 am; and a lunch buffet between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm. Table reservations are recommended. Smart casual dress code is requested.
