Design Created from the hotel’s luxurious penthouse suite, the Summit Lounge seamlessly combines the understated luxury of the indoor lounge with the casual-chic decor of the outdoor terrace. With full height windows spanning three sides of the Lounge, guests can luxuriate in comfortable sofa settings while taking in the stunning views. Across one end of the interior, a sleek black marble bar makes exerts a bold presence, while on the outdoor terrace a series of low-table settings enjoy unhindered views across the adjacent twin lakes, Hanoi’s Old Quarter and the landscape beyond.
Cocktails At the bar, the Summit Lounge mixologists shake up an impressive selection of both the creative signature cocktails, and well-executed classics. Standouts among the signature cocktails include the Lip Stick – with Absolut Mango Vodka, Malibu, raspberry, cranberry and lime sugar; and the Zacapa le Rouge – Zacapa 23, Creme de Cacao Dark, raspberries, lime juice, honey and ginger. The extensive drinks list also offers selections of premium spirits, blended and single malt whiskies, and wines and champagne by the glass and bottle.
Gourmet bar food such as Soft Shell Crab Summer Roll and the “Ming” Sushi Rolls with roast Peking Duck, coriander, cucumber and hoisin sauce provide delicious accompaniments to the beverages, while the selections of Bar Platters are good for sharing.
