Offshoot of Wolfgang Puck’s flagship Beverly Hills restaurant – spectacular views at rooftop lounge

Fine dining restaurant Spago is renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck’s critically acclaimed flagship restaurant, best known for its premier level of service, style and hospitality. The original Spago opened in 1982 in West Hollywood and relocated to Beverly Hills in 1997, with subsequent offshoots launched in Las Vegas, Maui, Istanbul in early 2015, and Singapore in October 2015. Each restaurant has its own distinctive design and inspired cuisine influenced by the environments of their location. As Chef Puck’s second restaurant at Marina Bay Sands, Spago joins his celebrated American steak restaurant CUT – established in Singapore since 2011.
Located at the SkyPark on level 57 of Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 2, Spago offers an imaginative and seasonal menu of Californian cuisine with global accents, in a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. Featuring a fine dining restaurant and terrace lounge with an al fresco bar overlooking Marina Bay Sands’ famous infinity pool, Spago boasts spectacular views of the city skyline and Gardens by the Bay.
Design Designed to resemble a verdant country garden home with little cabanas, plush cushions and low tables, the laid-back space has the look and feel of a local colonial-style bungalow – the perfect retreat to gather and socialise amid a centrepiece bar with views of the famous SkyPark infinity pool.
Drinks & Bar Cuisine Enjoy drinks late into the night on the terrace with over 14 original cocktails, or relax at the al fresco bar with over 600 bottles of international wines and an extensive Champagne list. Indulge in delicious light bites and share plates from the casual lounge menu designed by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck – headlined by Spicy Tuna Tartare Cones, Roasted Bone Marrow Toast, Crispy Kataifi Wrapped Langoustine with garlic chili ponzu, chives and shaved bonito, and Kumamoto Oysters on the Half Shell with calamasi citrus ponzu.
Spago Terrace Lounge opens daily at 7am for a breakfast buffet, with the Lounge bar opening from 12pm until late.
