Super Loco Jakarta, located within the upscale Pacific Place mall in central Jakarta, opened in early 2017 – an offshoot of its namesake restaurants in Singapore. Closely modelled on the popular Super Loco restaurants founded in Singapore, the Jakarta restaurant features the same modern take on authentic Mexican street fare, together with a vibrant bar that showcases a wide selection of cocktails made from premium agave spirits and boasting Jakarta’s largest selection of tequila and mezcal labels.
A concept first launched in Singapore in 2012 by the Loco Group, for the opening of the Jakarta offshoot they have teamed up with leading local restaurant operators the Union Group (behind beloved outlets like Loewy, Union, E&O, Casa, and Cork & Screw). Occupying a street level space at Pacific Place, Super Loco Jakarta offers both a comfortable indoor dining room and bar, plus an outdoor terrace area. Guests at Super Loco Jakarta can expect a well-honed focus on delicious renditions of Mexican street foods (see menu) served in a casual dining atmosphere with friendly service and approachable pricing – complemented by a polished bar program.
Popular promotions include Margarita Monday, Taco Tuesday and Disco Loco on Friday nights – while the daily Loco Hour offers great deals on Corona beers and the Lucha Margarita cocktail.
