World-wide premium gins showcased at luxurious hidden bar at The Landmark in Central Hong Kong

Opened early in 2017, Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour at the upscale The Landmark complex in Central Hong Kong entices gin aficionados with an encyclopaedic collection of worldwide gins served in a discretely luxurious setting. Themed around a passion for botanical remedies by the fictional physician Dr Fern, the bar also takes cues from the speakeasy aesthetic with a hidden basement location, and an intimately proportioned space. With a focus on premium and craft gins, tonics and locally sourced organic ingredients the experienced team behind the bar serve up both a variety of intriguing gin-based cocktails and innovative iterations of the classic Gin & Tonic.
Conveniently located in the heart of Central, Dr Fern’s is a popular destination for afternoon coffee and organic teas and sophisticated evening libations. Established by the team behind standout local venues Foxglove and Mrs.Pound, the design at Dr Fern’s shares a similar “hidden demeanour” and fictional narrative DNA.
Included on the drinks menu at Dr. Fern’s is a list of Suggested Gin & Tonic pairings, while guests can also select their preferred gin from the assemblage of more than 250 gin labels. Specially crafted cocktails are created daily, while an Afternoon Tea menu is also served daily. A concise selection of gourmet bar bites includes Cheese and Charcuterie platters.
Dr Fern’s Gin Parlour opens daily from 2:00 pm, with late closing on Friday and Saturday
