Outlet of popular Japanese-style pizza restaurant opens adjacent to the iconic Saigon market

Saigon’s beloved wood-fired Japanese pizza restaurant, Pizza 4Ps, have established a new outlet adjacent to the iconic Ben Thanh Market. The new addition to the Pizza 4Ps group opened in September 2016 within an extensively refurbished two-level space that overlooks the bustling streets of Ben Thanh. Paying respect to the colonial-era origins of the building, the multi-level exterior facade remains essentially untouched, while within the voluminous interior, an industrial chic aesthetic melds harmoniously with the brand’s farm-to-table style Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine. Ample indoor seating, spacious balconies, brick clad walls, high ceilings and jalousie windows created the perfect breezy space in which guests can enjoy the appetising pleasures of the brand’s gourmet pizza, organic salads and Japanese-Italian cuisine. After all, the brand’s name stands for “Platform of Personal Pizza for Peace,” and there is little doubt that good food facilitates sociable experiences.
Cuisine. At Pizza 4Ps, an elevated pizza selection is the main focus of its attractively presented menu. The Pizza 4Ps Signature Pizza features crunchy thin pizza crusts topped with fresh arugula, parma ham (or alternatively, anchovies and tomatoes) and then laden with a ball of fresh, house-made Burrata. Pair it up with a mozzarella sushi or a baked vegetable salad for a refreshing Japanese take on Italian cuisine. Other pizza highlights include Salmon Sashimi, Shrimp Mayonaise and Tandoori Chicken Curry. There’s a vegetarian selection if one wishes; and for the dessert lovers, guests can take their sugary fill with the Matcha Brulee, and house sorbet.
Drinks. To complement the gourmet dining experience, Pizza 4Ps introduce their craft beer bar with locally brewed artisan beers served fresh on tap. The bar also offers a well-curated selection of Italian and French wines, sake, premium spirits, plus non-alcoholic drinks and coffee.
Pizza 4Ps Ben Thanh opens daily from 10 am to 2 am (last order 1:30 am). Enjoying impressive popularity, table reservations are recommended.
