Great cocktail deals with MOOtini Hours at famous Australian-themed steak house

Set within Singapore’s Swissôtel The Stamford Hotel, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse is a sophisticated dining and bar space with an authentic Australian theme. Operated by the Hong Kong based Wooloomooloo group, the Singapore offshoot occupies an expansive space within the hotel – beautifully veiled by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that frame the panoramic views of the Singapore CBD skyline as well as the lush tropical gardens lining Stamford Road. In addition tp their famed steaks, Wooloomooloo offers the MOOtini Nights promotion from 5 pm to 8 pm on weeknights. Guests are treated to 1-for-1 deals on signature martini cocktails, paired with a complimentary steak slider. It’s a well-deserved reward for hard workers; a time to relax, unwind and admire the evening views of Singapore’s vibrant hub while indulging in their favourite steak cuts.
Cuisine. The Australian Black Angus Tomahawk is a massive piece of rib steak served medium-rare, or guests’ preference – large enough to impress and satisfy meat connoisseurs. How about its popular Porterhouse, or alternatively, its USDA Prime Beef selection? Each steak is attractively plated and served with four house-made sauces and four gourmet mustards. For lighter meals, choose from the selection of lamb, fish and chicken options. A favourite is the Pan-Seared Barramundi Fillet – a lovely concoction of seared fish, Lyonnaise potatoes draped with zingy tomato sauce. Finish off with the Wooloomooloo Hot Chocolate Cake or the velvety Grand Marnier Soufflé.

Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Singapore is open during lunch and dinner time slots. On weekdays, it is open from 12 pm to 2:30 pm and 6:30 to 11pm. On weekends, it is open from 11:30 am to 3 pm, and 6:30 pm to 11 pm.
