Internationally acclaimed Pasteur Street Brewing Company opens first tap room in Hanoi
November 6th, 2017
Multi-awarded Vietnam craft brewer Pasteur Street Brewing Company have recently opened their first Pasteur Street Tap Room outside their HCMC home in the vibrant Old Quarter precinct of Hanoi. Centrally located just behind the iconic cathedral, the new 2-level tap room offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for enjoying freshly brewed draft beers direct from the HCMC brewery. With a 12-tap rotation of signature and seasonal specialities, craft beer fans in Hanoi can now taste the full repertoire of Pasteur Street craft beers in a stylish yet casual setting.
Recognising the rapidly growing interest in Asia for USA-style craft beers, Pasteur Street Brewing Company was launched Vietnam’s first craft brewery back in 2014 – headed by a partnership of experienced American craft brewing veterans. Combining American craft brewing techniques with exotic local ingredients has resulted in the creation of over 200 original varieties of beer – and in the process garnered international award recognition.
At the new Hanoi tap room, in addition to the fresh draft beers, guests can order from a menu of local and American bar snacks, salads and sandwiches – while a set lunch promotion pairs a sandwich + small beer for only VND125K. And the bar also sells take away growler bottles of the draft beers, and seasonal canned specialty beers.
The Hanoi Tap Room opens daily between 11 am and 11 pm – check the Facebook Page for upcoming events, seasonal beers and promotions.
