East West Brewing in Saigon now offers refreshing cocktails with craft beer flavour influences

Popular Saigon microbrewery East West Brewing Company have recently added a new collection of craft cocktails to complement their in-house craft brews. Providing guests with a wider variety of drink selections will offer additional enticing food pairing and late night libations options.
East West are now offering additional ways to enjoy the unique flavours of their craft beers – including drinking the beers from traditional craft beer glasses, as an element of the taste profile in cocktails, or as an ingredient of some dishes. If local beer drinkers or visiting tourists are looking for other options, East West can offer unique experiences at their all-in-one microbrewery – with on-site brewed craft beers – plus spirits, cocktails, wine, and food to enhance dining and drinking experience.
Among the specially crafted cocktails that have the East West craft beers included as part of the taste profile are –
- Hefe Mojito: Summer Hefeweizen craft beer, crafted rum, lime, brown sugar, and passionfruit
- Rosequiri: Saigon Rosé craft beer, crafted rum, lemongrass, berries syrup, kumquat, and lychee
- Coffee Night: Coffee Vanilla Porter craft beer, vodka, milk, and white peach
