Nestled within Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter district Gallery Bespoke Cocktail Bar was launched in June 2019 by the team behind the popular local speakeasy – Jigger Cocktail Bar. With the launch of Gallery the team has created a classic upscale cocktail bar with a focus on serving bespoke cocktails made to customers’ taste preferences – set within a moody dual-level space extensively decorated with framed art to evoke an art gallery theme.

Interior Gallery is unobtrusively located behind a small art gallery in the Old Quarter. Entering the lower level main bar space, the 13-metre long timber bar counter and impressive back bar array of bottles are the centrepiece features – while plush retro-style leather banquette seating extends the length of the facing wall. On the upper lounge level, raw brickwork and timber parquet flooring complement the leather armchairs clustered around low tables.

Cocktails The well-compiled drinks list features Signature Cocktails grouped under taste profiles – sweet, sour, herbal & floral, and spiced – with further selections that include Classic Cocktails and Signature Modern Classics – ever-popular drinks reinterpreted with contemporary twists. In addition to the cocktail list, the menu also offers a list of Bespoke Bottles – purchase a bottle of gin, rum, whisky, or vodka and ask the bartenders to elevate the spirit with their creativity.

Gallery Bespoke Cocktail Bar opens daily from 6:30 pm – staying open until late. check the Facebook Page for regular guest bartender shifts and special promotions, while on the upper-level live music and DJ performances feature most days. Ring or message ahead to reserve a seat at the bar.
