Savour the Milanese culture of aperitivo and digestivo at masterclasses and bar experiences

Luxury icons Campari and Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts are collaborating to launch a series of Sala Spititello pop-ups across South East Asia. The events will also highlight the brand-new InterContinental Negroni, created exclusively by Campari’s Regional Brand Ambassador for South East Asia, Symphony Loo.
Hosted by Campari’s regional brand ambassadors, both local and hotel guests can immerse in the Milanese culture and rituals of aperitivo and digestivo, with a series of masterclasses and suite experiences that will run until the end of January 2021.
In Singapore, The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore will run a special menu daily from 5 – 9:30PM, inviting guests to live the Italian lifestyle with bites such as Italian Parma Ham & Melon (S$18++ / 6 pieces) and Chocolate Bomboloni (S$18++ / 6 pieces). Enjoy a quintessential aperitivo hour experience with cocktails (S$16++ each) including the signature InterContinental Negroni with Campari, Cinzano Bianco, Cinzano Rosso, Bulldog Gin, olive brine, jasmine tea, coffee, orange and chocolate bitters; the tropical Piña Shakerato with Campari, fresh pineapple juice and coconut oil; the Aero 2.0 with Aperol, Averna, Wild Turkey Bourbon 101 and more.
Inspiration for the Intercontinental Negroni came from the go-to gifts such as locally-sourced coffee beans, tea and chocolate that guests bring home to friends and families when traveling within South East Asia. The taste profile of the drink includes floral notes, coffee, a hint of saltiness, and citrus.
