Firefly Bar is located on the lobby level of the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, set within the upscale Sindhorn Village in downtown Bangkok’s Langsuan district. Taking inspiration from the jazz bars of yesteryear, the decor features luxurious furnishings, dark wood finishes, glowing chandeliers, plush armchairs, statement lamps, and striking, patterned floors.
The centre-piece of Firefly is undoubtedly the main bar, which is bathed in a deep green colour and topped with a dark tiled bar-top, creating a striking contrast against the gold cabinet of spirits that sits behind it. At the bar, guests are offered a glimpse of the extensive list of premium drinks they can enjoy during the evening. Firefly Bar exudes the uniquely “Kempinski” expression of style and comfort. Elegant Thai artworks complement rich European furnishings as Firefly mixologists create cocktails to enhance a relaxing experience.

Firefly guests can select from a drinks list showcasing a discerning collection of organic wines plus old and new world vintages, imbibe a premium whisky or two, construct their own Gin & Tonic from an extensive collection of premium gins, or explore the signature cocktails such as the Lady in Red No. 2, featuring Johnny Walker Black Label with a fresh fruity and fragrant twist from passion fruit, Earl Grey Tea, and Jerry Thomas Bitters; or the Turkish Delight – a refreshing combination of Montelobos Espadin mezcal, pistachio cream, hazelnut and citrus.
Heading the bar team is Bar Manager, Dicky Hartono, who is no stranger in the Bangkok cocktail scene. Known for his innovative creations and savvy for utilising local ingredients, Dicky has won countless awards over his career. He brings his wealth of knowledge to his role at Firefly Bar, crafting a memorable menu of signature cocktails that embody the bar’s ethos.

Firefly Bar opens daily from 17:00 – 01:00, with the live jazz band playing everyday from 20:00 – 23:00
