Premium 100% natural Mexican agave showcased in tequila and mezcal cocktail promotion

Raffles Courtyard presents its latest collaboration with award-winning tequila and mezcal artisan Código 1530 from 15 October 2024 to 15 January 2025. Embark on a sultry Mexican summer escapade through a series of six flavourful cocktails crafted with Código 1530’s premium blends using 100% natural agave from Mexico, home to the finest tequilas and mezcals. Look forward to 3 guest shifts curated by Código 1530’s Brand Ambassador, Shallum Recto, at Raffles Courtyard.
Código 1530 offers a selection of their finest spirits such as the Código 1530 Artesanal Mezcal and Código 1530 Rosa Blanco, which are renowned for their time-honoured and age-old production methods perfected over generations. Each cocktail reflects the sweet and mildly smoky expressions of their distilled spirits that are aged in French white oak Cabernet wine barrels from Napa Valley.
Unwind in the tropical garden setting of Raffles Courtyard and savour an exceptional array of six cocktails created by Raffles Courtyard and Código 1530.
Three of the cocktails crafted by Shallum Recto, Brand Ambassador of Código 1530, and the Raffles Courtyard bar team:
- Mezcal Negroni features an herbaceous mix with Código 1530 Artesanal Mezcal, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth to offer a smoky and strong flavour.
- Smoky Maria boasts a tart character with an herbaceous rendition of the classic cocktail. Revel in a vibrant blend of spicy notes of Código 1530 Artesanal Mezcal combined with Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce, a dash of lemon juice, pepper, and Tabasco sauce for an added spicy kick.
- Artesanal Coffee offers the perfect balance of bittersweet flavours – chilled espresso and Kahlua are mixed with the floral and woody undertones of Código 1530 Artesanal Mezcal. Finally, a touch of Código 1530 Agave Nectar that leaves a wonderfully subtle hint of citrus notes.
