Southeast Asian ingredients fused with Japanese craft gin – six specially created cocktails

Themed as “Southeast Asia Meets Japan”, a limited-time collaboration between Japanese Roku gin and Raffles Courtyard features cocktails with refreshing flavours inspired by the diversity of six Southeast Asian countries. A specially curated cocktail menu showcases innovative creations based off the renowned gin, available until 16 April 2025 at Raffles Courtyard. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant local dessert flavours and street specialties well-loved across the region, including Thailand, The Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore, the collective brilliance at Raffles Courtyard and Roku Gin have come together to present an artfully crafted series of concoctions that will excite palates.

- Sticky Go Roku takes inspiration from the beloved Thai dessert, mango sticky rice. This cocktail combines Roku Gin, mango juice, lime juice and a touch of coconut milk, topped with a dried mango garnish. Served in a wine glass over crushed ice, it’s a tropical treat with a creamy finish.
- Sago’t Gulaman Fizz is a nod to the vibrant tapestry of Filipino desserts. The cocktail features Roku Gin, pandan syrup, calamansi juice, simple syrup and soda with chewy sago to add a fun bite. Garnished with an orchid and calamansi, it delivers a sweet and refreshing experience.
- Kampung Fizz draws inspiration from the rich heritage of Nyonya chendol. Combining Roku Gin, pandan syrup, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup, it’s shaken and served over ice with a garnish of pandan leaves and chewy cendol, creating a creamy and indulgent flavour profile.

- Pandan Paradise draws inspiration from Singapore’s beloved pandan chiffon cake. Melding the tropical flavours of pandan syrup, citrus notes and carbonated coconut water, it balances the floral and tropical elements in a refreshing highball, topped with toasted coconut flakes for a perfect tribute to the Lion City.
- Hanoi Blossom captures the essence of Vietnamese street cuisine with Roku Sakura Bloom Gin, jasmine syrup, lime juice and a touch of Foamee for a silky texture. The cocktail is topped with fresh Thai basil and lime zest, offering a fragrant and refreshing experience reminiscent of Hanoi’s vibrant charm.
- Jogja Sour pays homage to Yogyakarta with a bold, tropical twist on the classic Penicillin cocktail. Featuring Roku Sakura Bloom Gin, tamarind ginger syrup, fresh lemon juice, and a hint of peated whiskey, it delivers a tart and smoky profile that evokes the dynamic flavours of Indonesia.
Raffles Courtyard’s cocktail collaboration with Roku Gin is available daily from 2:00 pm to 10.30 pm until April 16th, 2025.
