Raffles Hotel Singapore invites guests to imbibe six refreshing Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails at Raffles Courtyard between April 17 and July 17. All cocktails have been crafted to accentuate the all-natural, delicate essence of St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, made from hand-picked fresh elderflowers.
Relish in the six featured cocktails:
- Koulen Tea, The Ondeh and Tuk Tuk Twist created by Raffles Courtyard
- Lion’s Paradise, Palawan Sun and St-Germain Hugo Spritz created by St-Germain

Special event: on 26 April 2025 from 6pm – 8pm, look forward to a special guest shift by Maria Kim, Brand Ambassador of St-Germain, as she helms the stage at Raffles Courtyard, presenting the six collaboration cocktails.
A pop-up floral booth will also be available, inviting you to create your own floral head wreath as a beautiful keepsake from this unforgettable evening.
All cocktails will be priced at S$22 (S$15 during happy hour, 3PM to 10PM daily)
