The concept behind the recently opened (May 2011) Entourage is to offer discerning Hong Kong nightlife patrons a variety of social dining and drinking options under the one roof. Conveniently located near the Central business district in the booming Hollywood / SOHO nightlife zone, the double storey building presents a distinctive facade that readily attracts attention from the street. On the first floor, guests can enjoy elegant dining in the restaurant serving quality contemporary French cuisine; or relax with casual, social drinks at the adjoining cocktail bar and lounge; and downstairs, an exuberant club that parties late into the night completes the options.

The upper level of Entourage separates into a number of inter-connecting spaces- the elegant restaurant dining room, a semi-private Chef’s Table, and an adjacent intimate lounge and bar. An open bakery is a further attraction- serving authentic French pastries and desserts prepared on site by the fourth generation French pastry chef. The first floor rooms feature full length folding French windows overlooking the street below, and providing a refreshing brightness to the interiors during the day. The decor has a modern, unfussy style, with soft beige furnishings with chrome trim, round timber tables, dark timber flooring. At night, candles and subdued lighting evoke a warm and comforting ambience. The owners of Entourage are passionate supporters of local artists, and bright artworks add color to the walls of the dining room. Art collections are regularly changed- and most works are available for sale.

The cocktail bar and lounge area
The dining menu at Entourage has been created by Executive Chef Frank Lebiez and follows the traditions of fine French cuisine- with a focus on fresh quality ingredients. Menu highlights include Seven-hour braised Lamb shank; Royal Seabream encrusted with salt; and Whole grilled Lobster. The selection of ten signature desserts from the in-house bakery are a specialty- a stand-out is the Gateaux Caraibe- Chocolate Mousse Cake with crispy Feuilletine. The restaurant opens for lunch and dinner daily, and on weekends serves a classic Brunch menu.
The cocktail selections are created by the resident mixologist- with an extensive list of mojitos, martinis, classic cocktails, and innovative concoctions to tempt all cocktail afficionados. A full range of premium spirits, wines, champagnes and other beverages are available. The lounge also has a menu of light dishes to accompany the drinks- Fresh Salmon Tartare on toast; Tasmanian Oysters with shallots & red wine vinegar relish; and Mussels Marineiere served with hand-cut chips.

The atmosphere changes down on the ground floor of Entourage where the Club offers a dark, sensual environment for serious drinks and partying. The main room has a central bar enclosed by a glossy black diamond shaped counter. Furnishings are mostly in plush black leather, with some colour highlights provided by soft furnishings and white low tables. The DJ’s booth stands prominently on a platform at the head of the room- with VIP seating areas to either side. State-of-the-art lighting effects and sound equipment ensure a vibrant and stylish experience. Local and international guests DJs play an eclectic mix of mostly alternative non-commercial music.
