The NEXT2 Restaurant is on the ground floor of the main Shangri La Wing, and features an impressive buffet of both regional and international cuisines, together with a la carte menus of Asian and European cuisines.
The main restaurant features a large indoor seating area, and additionally, tables outside on the open-air deck directly overlooking the river. Adjacent to the restaurant area, is the Upper Deck lounge- a contemporary, timber decked outdoor setting for relaxing evening drinks and live music entertainment. The design draws on traditional Thai building materials – with teak timber tables and chairs, earth-tone fabrics ,and “sala” style open-air pavilions offering protection from sun and rain. The combination of riverfront setting, and understated sophistication, makes NEXT2 Upper Deck an ideal venue for a relaxed, chill-out session with friends- the evening sunsets are a particularly popular time.

The outdoor bar at NEXT2 Upper Deck serves a full range of drinks including wines and champagnes, beers, premium spirits, cocktails and healthy fruit juices and soft drinks. Currently Next2 Upper Deck are featuring a promotion on tropical flavours of Mojitos- with 10 flavours available by the jug at the special price of THB650++ The sumptuous flavours include- mango, strawberry, orange, raspberry, melon, blueberry, coconut, apple, Island and Shiso-Jito. The promotion runs from 7:30pm to 10pm nightly- and is current until the end of April 2012.
Complementing the temptations of the tropical flavoured Mojito jugs are the live tunes of guest Filipino artiste Joemar Bitong. Performing nightly (except Sundays) from 7:15pm ~ 11:00pm, guitarist and singer Joemar Bitong performs the tropical vibes of Cuba, plus a repertoire that ranges from country to folk, alternative, rock & roll and oldie love songs.
