As an “all-day” dining restaurant, Latest Recipe serves three distinct buffet selections – for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to the changing buffets, Latest Recipefeatures “a la minute” creations from the chefs at the interactive cooking stations.  Each month at the “International Specialties” cooking station, selected culinary highlights from different global cuisines are showcased.

Latest Recipe is renowned for its breakfasts and has created a Signature Breakfast in partnership with three-star Michelin Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and features unconventional combinations such as oranges, carrots and raspberries, and herbs and spices such as chilies, cloves and pepper, as well as entrees which are new interpretations of classic breakfast dishes.

And commencing from June 2012, the sumptuous Sunday Brunch has the added highlight at the interactive dessert station where diners can experience the delectable Gelato Entrée.  The  Restaurant Manager, Antonio Lionetti, combines the flavours of Italian gelato, and prepares a unique and creative mock spaghetti with homemade gelato and sweet ingredients such as Mock black ink and fresh ripe tomato, made from chocolate ice cream with strawberry sauce, Saffron and Tagliolini with bread crumbs and sultanas,  made from passion fruit gelato with dried coconut and sultanas; or Sunny Up egg with fresh cracked pepper, made from vanilla ice cream, with peach or apricot on the top.

The all-day  A la Carte Menu features a wide selection of dishes from Western, Thai and Asian cuisines. Signature dish highlights include Confit de Canard– slow cooked duck leg with sun dried cherry, caramelized shallots, new potato, arugula salad and red wine glaze; Lamb Osso Bucco– braised with smoked salt and ratatouille; and Coffee Panna Cotta– with cocoa and chocolate stick. Other menu choices range from salads, sandwiches and burgers, grilled fish and meats, pastas and pizza, and local Thai favourites.

The Wine List at Latest Recipe features a concise, well formed selection of vintage wines at fair prices. Sparkling wines include NV and vintage Champagnes, and Prosecco- with a good variety available by the glass as well as bottle. White wine varieties from both Old World and New World wineries include Piont Grigio, Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Red wines range from attractively priced New World labels, to renowned French vintages such as Château Margaux “Pavillon Rouge”, Bordeaux, Margaux, 2001; and Château Mouton Rothschild, Pauillac, Bordeaux, 2002.
