American inspired Chinese Cuisine- the “Flavor of Chinatown” Special Menu Promotion
For the month of January 2013 at Mahanakhon Cafe & Park Ventures Ecoplex branch*
The Chinese Year of the Snake is approaching, and between January 7th and Chinese New Year on February 9th, Dean & DeLuca in Bangkok are serving up some delicious Chinese cuisine. Specially created by the Dean & DeLuca chefs, the menu features some of the most popular Chinese “take-out” style dishes that can be found in Chinatown eateries across the USA. Each dish is served in the typical take-out fashion- in a white cardboard folding carton- complete with fortune cookie.
Highlights from the Flavor of Chinatown menu
CASHEW CHICKEN- stir-fried chicken, cashew nut, red chili, mixed bell pepper, snow peas, carrot and sweet onion. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
WAGYU BEEF & BROCCOLI- stir-fried sesame marinated sliced Wagyu flank steak, broccoli, garlic and oyster sauce. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
HONEY LEMON TIGER PRAWN- battered Tiger Prawn, honey lemon sauce, sesame, red chili and spring onion. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN- wok-fried chicken breast, red bell pepper, onion and house made pineapple sweet and sour sauce. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
