Since its launch in 2010, Tanjong Beach Club continues to enjoy a well-earned status as the preeminent beach club in Singapore. Conveniently located on the beachfront of a secluded bay on Sentosa Island- the upscale residential and lifestyle enclave that is just a few minutes from the city centre- Tanjong Beach Club offers an alluring escape from the bustling city and crowded shopping malls. During the week tourists and beach-goers enjoy the beach facilities, while The Dining Room indoor restaurant attracts both casual diners and corporate lunches and events. And on weekends, local residents and visitors flock to the beachfront for the all-day brunches, beach games and just hanging out by the pool and beach, with the Sunday afternoon/evening “Smack Up My Beach” parties attracting a vibrant crowd to see out the weekend.
Tanjong Beach Club was jointly conceived- and is operated by- the Lo & Behold Group- acclaimed local restaurateurs behind such notable restaurants as The White Rabbit; The Black Swan; Loof Rooftop Bar; and Overeasy– and Australian brothers Christian and Julian Tan.
Restaurant & Beach Club
Built directly onto the beachfront with expansive views across the palm tree-fringed golden sand beach to the tranquil waters of the Singapore Strait, Tanjong Beach Club features a cluster of facilities centred on the main building that houses The Dining Room and kitchen. Designed by local firm Takenouchi Webb, the contemporary structure blends in harmoniously with its beachfront locale- utilising natural timbers and rendered concrete finishes that exude a sense of a casual and relaxed, albeit stylish, tropical lifestyle. In addition to the indoor /outdoor dining areas, a mezzanine level offers an intimate space for private events with a seating capacity for 40 guests.
The restaurant is flanked on either side by separate outdoor bars and deck areas that cater for guests, variously on the pool deck, large private cabana, and the rows of daybeds on the beach itself. The beach and outdoor deck areas also transform into platforms for the weekly Sunday “Smack My Beach Up” beach parties, plus the spectacular- and already legendary- Full Moon parties held three times during the year under the banner of Full Steam Ahead.
Food & Drink
With its strong culinary credentials, Tanjong Beach Club offers a broad selection of appetising menu options- ranging from an all-day beach-friendly menu of snacks and comfort foods, to the casually refined restaurant dining experience, serving well-executed renditions of modern coastal cuisine- centred on fresh seafood and grills. On weekends, an all-day brunch menu features hearty favourites such as The Weekender Fry Up and Mexican Breakfast. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday, serving lunch and dinner; with the All Day Menu available from 11 am until 10 pm.
An enticing beverage service ideally captures the requirements of both restaurant diners and beach-goers with well-crafted selections of quality wines and champagne, premium spirits, draft and bottled beers, and refreshing tropical cocktails. Non-alcoholic drinks include fresh fruit juices and home made Tanjong Lemonade.

A 20 metre infinity pool and deck extend across the front of the main restaurant- beyond are rows of daybeds on the beach itself.
