Potato Head Garage interior
An eclectic assemblage of antiques, including a panoply of vintage chandeliers suspended from the high ceilings, and a massive antique timber altar salvaged from a Russian Orthodox church provide a dramatic contrast to the essentially untouched raw structural elements of the original stadium walls and roof. The massive central bar- “U’ shaped, crafted from antique timbers and topped with white marble is the focal point of the vouluminous room.- Elegant table settings are punctuated with zones of white clothed sofas and armchairs, with a slightly raised platform at the far end of the space serving as a lounge zone.
Potato Head Garage mixology
Creative mixology is at the core of the drinks concept at the bar. Head Mixologist Rhys Wilson has crafted an imaginative selection of whisky-based cocktails which complement the superb list of timeless classic and innovative cocktails originally created for Potato Head restaurant at Pacific Place- and are very much embedded in the DNA of the Potato Head experience.
