Conveniently accessible for both hotel guests and visitors, the cozy space of L Bar offers a sociable hub for casual meetings and light refreshments throughout the day, and convivial drinks in the evenings. In keeping with the Pullman brand’s strong design philosophy, both the hotel lobby and L Bar exude a bold contemporary design- augmented with local artworks that reference the Balinese culture. The sleek interior of L Bar features designer furnishings and fittings that create a distinctly modern space, albeit with a relaxed, under-stated sophistication.
Drinks at L Bar are well-made by the amiable bar team- with an extensive list of cocktails arranged in categories like Timeless Cocktails and Collection Cocktails; plus selections of Mojitos, Martinis, Margaritas and Caipiroskas concocted with classic and tropical fruit taste profiles. In addition to the the polished cocktail program, L Bar serves an impressive selections of gourmet coffee and tea, together with mocktails and smoothies, and a full range of premium spirits, wines by the glass and bottle, and beers.
Supplementing the beverages, light refreshments during the day are available from the signature Tapastry menu – a culinary concept introduced in 2014 across Pullman properties in Asia Pacific. Tapastry menus combine artistry and gastronomy with a selection of tapas-style dishes that showcase regional ingredients in innovative small plates designed for sharing. Selections include authentic Asian tastes and textures in dishes like Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Bali Shrimp Satay, Papaya Spicy Thai Salad, Grilled Cod Fish Miso; and Signature Tapas such as Pan Seared Sea Scallop on black sesame seeds & chorizo cream; and King Prawns coated with fragrant herbs on pipette, sweet chili dip.
