Under the direction of Head Mixologist and Bar Manager Rizal Junior, cocktails are taken seriously – with polished reinterpretations of classic cocktails, and avant-garde Signature Cocktail creations that feature imaginative combinations of Asian culinary ingredients and premium spirits, together with whimsical presentation. Updated this month, the new bar list is headlined by new signature cocktails such as The Beautiful Isle – a well-balanced combination of scotch whisky, Martini Bianco, fresh pineapple juice, calamansi juice, orgeat, chamomile syrup; and the refreshing Sapphire Mermaid – with Bombay Dry Gin, St Germain Elderflower, fresh lime juice, with cucumber and mint leaves.
