Conveniently situated on the fringe of KL’s bustling Changkat Bukit Bintang dining and nightlife precinct, Hubba Hubba Ceylon offers an attractive alternative destination for good food and drinks in a stylish setting. Executing a well-defined concept as a “Party Hub”, the Hubba Ceylon all-day kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily while the bar team quench thirsts with refreshing cocktails and a full bar service. Nightly the vibe turns upbeat, transforming into a vibrant music and party venue, as DJs play popular tunes until late in the night. With spacious indoor and outdoor settings, Hubba Ceylon provides a variety of comfortable settings for either relaxed all-day dining and drinks, or energetic late-night partying.
Established in mid-2014 by the SOUL Society group – the team behind the perennially popular SOULed OUT venues – as well as the upscale WIP and TUJO outlets, Hubba Ceylon occupies a voluminous street level space attached to the Invito Hotel Suites. Designed to cater for both hotel guests and a local clientele, the spacious interior provides separate spaces for dining, casual drinks and night-time partying. Designed around an industrial-chic aesthetic, the double-height rear wall is faced with recycled shipping container panels – finished in bold fuschia and splashed with street graffiti. An eclectic decor features simple timber dining furniture, comfortable banquettes, and high tables at the bar and outdoor terrace.
Well-known at their other venues for consummate renditions of good, simple comfort foods and polished drink programmes, for Hubba Ceylon the SOUL Society team have designed a comprehensive menu comprised of well-liked dishes selected from Asian and Western cuisines to satisfy individual customer tastes and preferences. Among the most popular dishes are the Hainanese Chicken Chop; Lamb Shank Pie; and Signature Skewers: Beef & Seafood; served with choice of 12 sauces, & unlimited side dishes (for sharing). From the extensive drinks list, signature cocktails include 10+ varieties of Martinis; Rainbow Shooters; sumptuous Mojitos; and for group sharing – the impressive Cocktail Towers.
Open daily from 7am, Hubba Ceylon serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the a la carte and bar snacks menu served all day. Weekly highlights include themed nights with DJs and drink promotions – while the weekday Set Lunch offers great value.
