Singapore’s annual celebration of all things cocktail – Festival Village May 10th – 12th

Asia’s largest celebration of cocktails – Singapore Cocktail Festival – now into its fifth edition this year’s larger-than-ever programme line-up brings together Singapore’s vibrant cocktail culture alongside the best bartenders and bars from around the world. Festival goers can expect an exciting line-up of bar tours and takeovers across 45 participating cocktail bars in the city throughout the week.
The world’s best bartending talents, as well as local stalwarts, will congregate for a weekend in the region’s largest cocktail party happening at the Empress Lawn. Headlining the Festival Village are the award-winning mixologists from The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists, such as Laki Yoo (Keepers, Seoul) and Maroš Dzurus (Himkok, Oslo), who will all serve signature cocktails priced at S$12 nett.
For the first time in the #SGCF2019 calendar, The World’s 50 Best Bars organisation will present an exclusive series of ’50 Minutes with 50 Best’ Masterclasses, where participants can sign up to learn cocktail making tips from the masters of the craft. Also happening for the first time is the “Barstylez International Bartender Championship”, where over 60 bartenders from more than 25 countries will compete in two categories – ‘Flairing’ (International) and ‘Cocktail’ (Asia).
Other Village highlights include a slew of bar pop-ups and brand experiences, an artisanal spirit tasting room, a gourmet food street, and live entertainment acts.
