Sophisticated cocktail bar debuts within the exclusive The Clubhouse at Ulu

Recently launched, The Clubhouse Bar at Ulu Cliffhouse is an intimate bar that offers new options for sophisticated evening drinks in Bali’s Uluwatu district. The sleek new fine-cocktail destination welcomes both in-house residents and discerning, in-the-know visitors.
Dramatically located atop the soaring cliffs of Uluwatu, The Clubhouse Bar opens daily from 5 pm – a perfect time to take in the spectacular Bali sunsets Bali, or as pre or post-dinner drinks destination for diners at the Clifftop restaurant. Its exclusive ambience and iconic mid-century design make it the perfect evening spot for a sophisticated date, an after-party with friends, or a late-night haven in which to kick back with something a little stronger.
Behind the bar, the focus is on creative and experimental drinks – underscored with a regular quarterly series of pop-ups from some of the world’s hottest and most in-demand bars – kicking off in 2020 with Thomas Girard from Singapore’s Operation Dagger, rated #30 in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bars.
In common with subsequent pop-ups, after taking over the bar for one night only, the personalized signature cocktails can then be enjoyed by guests’ time and again throughout the quarter. In addition to the quarterly signature cocktails, selections from a carefully curated portfolio of imported spirits from around the world are deployed to create a menu of balanced twists on classic cocktails and signature serves.
The Clubhouse Bar opens daily from 5 pm until midnight.
